Outbound Export Interface for Work Order Completion

Integrated Interfaces:
Connect directly to essential systems that hold master data and need to receive the confirmation of work order completion, for efficient billing, facilitating faster payments.
Recurring Mail Export:
Automate the process by setting up reoccurring exports: Herwig will send an e-mail with a secure link to download the completed work order data.
Contracting Authority Interfaces:
Enable direct data exchange with grid operators and authorities to ensure smooth coordination and expedite the billing process.
Export Completed Work Orders:
Export completed work orders, either in our standard CSV format, or through individually defined interface export formats.
Master Data Synchronisation
Herwig can receive master data information from ERP or CRM, to keep information consistent across all systems. Optionally Herwig can allow master data updates through dispatchers and field service technicians. The updates induced can be exported in a delta report, that can be used to update the leading system master data.
This feature includes:
- Equipment Data: Maintain up-to-date information about tools, devices, meters, gateways, etc. including specifications and maintenance history.
- Consumption points: Track details about locations where metering services are provided, including usage data and customer details.
